Prior to closing, every Cobblestone Village buyer is invited to a “Pre-closing Inspection” at which time the on-site Construction Manager tours the new home to explain the operations of all systems and inspect every aspect of the residence and to answer questions and identify any remaining work to complete.

Following the closing, the Customer Service team will return within 10 days to complete adjustments and repairs to the agreed upon items.

The experienced and knowledgeable Customer Service team addresses other items, excepting normal wear and tear and abuse, throughout the balance of the one year limited warranty.
